A man in Niceville, Florida told police that he was God, but then because he was God he was actually also science, and, much like Jesus, he needed to die in order to save mankind.
It all went down last Sunday, when police responded to a man trespassing at the Crossroads Church of God.
When police approached the man they asked him for ID. According to The Northwest Florida Daily News, the man said he didn’t have it on him, but did provide the officer with all his identifying info. He also added the he needed help “getting his subconscious to join his conscious.”
The man then told police that he had all the answers, but he either needed to kill himself or be killed in order to reveal them. The man said he wanted prove that “Science and God are the same.”

Police took the man into protective custody. They called his father who told them the man had been diagnosed with ADD and Asperger syndrome.
