SUNBOX Eleven Winery is holding an exclusive wine pairing dinner on Thursday, May 28 at the new 5300 Chop House in Doral. Executive Chef Josh Wahler, of Hell’s Kitchen fame and Chef Superdave, Miami’s only chef winemaker, of JADA restaurant fame, showcase their culinary skill by presenting a four-course meal of seven dishes paired with SUNBOX Eleven’s limited production 2007 releases.
Tickets cost $125 each, tax and tip included. But guess what, they’re letting us give 2 seats away. This is a huge prize, so it won’t be an easy win, we’re gonna make you work for it. We will be holding a live raffle at 2800 Biscayne Boulevard, right there by the big New Times sign in front of the building.
