In their effort to stave off Spring Training boredom, Marlins outfielders Logan Morrison and Bryan Petersen are starring in an online reality show. The first episode saw them donning leather jackets and forming a two-man, cupcake-devouring moped crew. At another point, they drank red white in a tiny bathtub together. In the SBNation-produced video released today, LoMo and Petersen have Bieber Fever.
Unlike the moped episode, there’s nothing quite uproarious about this episode. There’s a montage of them ironing and putting on Justin Bieber t-shirts and doing sit-ups and push-ups while singing and strumming a guitar. But we were impressed by their devotion to a couch acoustic duet of Bieber’s “Never Say Never.” They perform the whole thing, including a rap break-down, for a full three minutes and forty-five seconds.
By the end, you’re wondering if they’re a little bit serious about this whole Bieber fever thing, which we suppose means they succeeded.
