Spring Training has barely started and already the Miami Marlins are the punchline of Major League Baseball. The team raised some eyebrows last week when word leaked that team executives were furious that the Boston Red Sox showed up to a game with a roster missing most of their star players. The Marlins had charged premium ticket prices for fans to see the defending World champs, and the team’s officials may or may not have tattled to MLB.

Red Sox owner John W. Henry responded by taking to Twitter with a major burn.

Of course, Henry owned the Marlins for three seasons. It was his dream to own the Red Sox that opened the possibility for Jeffrey Loria to buy the Marlins in the first place. So it’s not exactly like the guy is blameless in all of this.
