We know Jersey Shore is a show that trades heavily on stereotypes, but did one of the cast members really have to go down the tired trail of becoming a coke addict while living in Miami? How cliché.
RadarOnline reports one of the castmates evaded producers and went on a few cocaine binges during his or her stay in South Beach. The website isn’t saying which one.
MTV is apparently unaware of what was going on, the source said.
“Finding someone to buy drugs from in South Beach is as easy as asking for it,” the source said. “It’s not hard and everyone is discreet.”
The rest of the cast members apparently knew what was going on but never alerted the producers. The unnamed guido coke fiend apparently became a master of evading the cameras and talking in code to satisfy his/her nose-candy habit.

This isn’t the first time an MTV reality star has been followed by rumors of cocaine use in Miami. The Hills star Kristin Cavallari was allegedly trying to score coke during Super Bowl parties, and allegations of an addiction were eventually addressed on the show.
