Chris Brown isn’t even 21 and he’s already seen his career go down the drain. That’s what happens when you let your fists do the thinking and get convicted of assaulting your now ex-girlfriend and one of the biggest recording stars in the world.

Page Six reports today that Breezy is having a hard time finding a club to host his 21st birthday bash. Apparently, his management has reached out to clubs in Miami, as well as in New York City and Las Vegas, but they’ve all said no.

“They don’t want to mess up their relationship, or their potential relationship, with Rihanna,” an anonymous promoter says. Apparently, your assault convictions matter to clubs only if the victim is a bigger, potentially more lucrative celebrity.

Of course, maybe it’s also because his birthday falls on May 5, Cinco de Mayo, and promoters were too afraid to let him near a piñata. Anyway, he’s now looking to host his party at a private home.
