When news happens, Miami New Times is there —
Your support strengthens our coverage.
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If Miami New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
All baked goods are donated so all monies go directly to Share Our Strength, helping to feed kids in south Florida. In fact, any extra unsold food will also go directly to the organization.
Behar, who is co-chairing the event for the third year, said “This is a great outing for both kids and parents. We hold a lot of events for Share Our Strength, like Taste of the Nation, but they’re all geared to adults. This is a great way to get kids involved in this wonderful organization”. In fact, Behar’s daughter will be alongside her, helping sell sweet treats.
