Fabio Viviani — Top Chef season five contestant, fan favorite, and owner of Café Firenze in California — is coming to Miami to host Santa Margherita’s Prosecco and Popcorn night at the Miracle Theatre in Coral Gables August 25.
Guests will enjoy the Audrey Hepburn movie Roman Holiday while sipping Prosecco and munching on Chef Fabio’s popcorn creations.
The event is free, but you have to register on Santa Margherita’s Facebook page beginning August 12.
The wine company will also hold a Pour & Pair Challenge. Until August 14, submit your favorite recipe that pairs well with Prosecco to win a case of the sparkling wine or other prizes.
